Ancient WEATHER JEWELL of the MAYA

This small gem of textile art is distinguished by its fine weaving, a technique rooted in a nearly lost tradition. The cloth was once used for candles, which were wrapped within it and thus blessed during rituals. This little treasure can be used as an altar cloth or as a base for a sacred object.
